All services begin with a free consultation to confirm appropriateness of fit. Every session is led by a doctoral-level behavior analyst, no delegation, no junior staff.
Phase Family Coaching provides parent and caregiver training — not direct or intensive ABA services. Appropriateness of fit is determined during your free consultation. If a referral to another provider is more appropriate, we'll help you find one.
The starting point for every family. We'll talk through your child's challenges, your goals, and whether Phase Family Coaching is the right fit. No commitment required.
A structured coaching session focused on your family's current priorities. Each session follows a consistent five-part format designed to build real, lasting skills.
Structured support across 8 sessions, the depth needed to understand the behavior, build consistent strategies, and see measurable progress at home.
Every 50-minute session follows the same intentional structure, so you always know what's coming and leave with something concrete to use at home.
Brief review of changes since last session and how the homework strategies went at home.
Targeted teaching on today's ABA concept: behavior function, reinforcement, communication strategies, and more.
Practice the strategy in session through role play or scenario work, so it feels natural before you try it at home.
Direct, specific coaching on what went well and how to refine your approach for even better results.
A clear, specific plan for practicing between sessions, so every week builds on the last.

A detailed invoice is provided after each session. HSA and FSA funds may be used. A letter of medical necessity from your child's physician can strengthen reimbursement requests.
Pay in full upfront, or split: 50% at booking and 50% at session 4. Superbills and invoices are issued per session regardless of your payment schedule.
Credit and debit card, bank transfer, and check. Payment is due at the time of each session for single sessions, or per the agreed schedule for the Foundation Package.
